Why I love Yoga Burn!
I have been practicing yoga for most of my life. Yoga helps me maintain body alignment, flexibility, calm, toning my body, weight loss, stress relief, and much more. I use the yoga practice every night before I go to bed. By the end of the day, I tend to get stiff and sore at the neck and back.
